Our group has been maintaining steady growth and commitment in more than 15 years. From that number of year experience in the business, we understand what would bring the most value to our clients. So, our action standards are always set into every client’s project we accomplish.

Mutual learning: We seek to upgrade the client’s capabilities and to learn from working with them simultaneously.
 
Quality commitment: We are committed to pursuing international standards set by industry bodies such as ICC/ESOMAR, AMA & IQCS, in both of service conformance and work ethics aspects. But that is not all about our quality commitment. Creating client-perceived quality is the most critical part of our business.
 
Systems performance: We always seek for new ways to best solve the problems and set high target for out-executing through consistent and competitive mindsets.

Operational profile:
  • Head office in HCMC and 6 business-dedicated offices in the major cities: HCMC, Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Da Nang and Nha Trang.
  • Focus group facilities in the two key cities, and a mobile system to cover other locations in case of need.
  • Operation depots and storage facilities in all core cities where we have offices.
  • Our work force: 90 full-time employees, plus several hundreds of part-time staff on average.
  • Our organizational structure is designed to allow dynamic project teams to employ the interweaving competencies across the company, and keep the clients in touched in all of the geographical locations.
